About Us
Stray Motion is a motion design studio based in Mumbai, focused on the craft of cinematic visual storytelling. Founded by creative director Jishnu Chatterjee, the studio approaches motion design the way filmmakers approach scenes– through theme, rhythm, and emotion. Every project begins with an idea worth shaping and a story worth telling.
What We Do
We create title sequences, animated openers, and narrative-driven motion pieces for films, streaming platforms, and event broadcasts. Our work includes title design for Scam 1992, The Night Manager, The Railway Men, Lootere, and The Royals, as well as animated intros for four ICC Cricket World Cups.
We collaborate with production houses, directors, creators, and event teams who value clarity of vision and thoughtful design. Whether the brief is a title sequence or an event opener, our aim is always the same: to make the visuals feel meaningful, cinematic, and rooted in the world they introduce.
